Today the Reitan Group has published a press release in which the Group announces that is exploring options for divesting its financial holdings of 15.6 percent of the capital and votes in Axfood. The Reitan Group has been a shareholder in Axfood since 2008 and is represented in Axfood’s Board of Directors. In the same press release the Reitan Group states that Odd Reitan declines re-election to Axfood’s Board of Directors.
