Dividend and total return

Axfood’s dividend policy sets the goal that the shareholder dividend shall be at least 50 percent of profit after tax. The dividend is to be paid out on two occasions.

The Board proposes that the Annual General Meeting 2025 approves a dividend for the financial year 2024 of SEK 8.75 per share (8.50) to be split into two payments, SEK 4.50 per share in March 2025 and SEK 4.25 per share in September 2025.
