Annual General Meeting 2025
Axfood’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2025 was held on 19 March at Münchenbryggeriet, Torkel Knutssonsgatan 2 in Stockholm, Sweden.
The Board of Directors had decided that shareholders could also exercise their voting rights at the AGM by postal voting, as stipulated in Axfood’s Articles of Association.
Resolutions at the AGM
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) re-elected all directors except Thomas Ekman who had declined re-election, and elected Björn Annwall and Kristofer Tonström as new directors. Caroline Berg was elected as the new Chairman. The AGM also decided to pay a dividend of SEK 8.75 per share and to introduce an additional long-term incentive programme.
