Axfood's Annual General Meeting 2024
Axfood’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held on 20 March at Münchenbryggeriet, Torkel Knutssonsgatan 2 in Stockholm, Sweden.
The Board of Directors had decided that shareholders could also exercise their voting rights at the AGM by postal voting, as stipulated in Axfood’s Articles of Association.

Resolutions at the AGM
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) re-elected all proposed directors and elected Thomas Ekman as the new Chairman. The AGM also decided to pay a dividend of SEK 8.50 per share and to introduce an additional long-term incentive programme.
